MHP Capital Ventures is currently looking for mobile home parks to acquire nationwide. If you have any interest in selling your mobile home park, we want to discuss it with you. Also, if you know of anyone interested in selling their park we will pay a referral fee to you if we purchase a community from a direct lead that you provide; the lead must not be with a listed broker or realtor.
The most basic criteria we are looking for is a mobile home park with 50 or more occupied sites with city water and city sewer. While these items are preferred, all situations will be considered.
